Swedes and Brits show their class in the CCI4-L*

In the CCI4*-L competition, Amanda Andersson on Double Carat lived up to expectations, confirming her excellent form after her Friday victory. British rider David Doel took both second and third places with Midnight Rollercoaster and Cobalt De Dugny.
– “It’s my first time in Strzegom in summer and I’m delighted. The crowd is amazing, and the fences are very technical, but clear for the horses – they know exactly what to do” said Amanda Andersson after her ride - full interview:

Nations Cup – Sweden Ahead of Poland

The highlight of the day - the cross-country of the Nations Cup. The standings changed rapidly, and the competition was extremely tight. Ultimately, the best individual result was achieved by Germany’s Heike Jahncke.

In the team rankings, after excellent rounds, Sweden took the lead. Jenny Glebenius on Canela placed in the top three, Amanda Staam finished fifth, and Stina Arosenius came in fourteenth. The Swedish team dethroned Poland, who had been in the lead, underlining their ambition to improve on last year’s silver medal.
– “Our priority was to get our horses safely through the cross-country and to take the lead – the girls managed to do that today” said Fredrik Bergendorff, Chef d’Equipe of Team Sweden - full interview:

Poland placed second, with the best individual result coming from Daria Kobiernik on the gelding Chodów. Just behind her were Mateusz Kiempa on Gouverneur and Joanna Pawlak on Armin de Monsieur.

Third place went to Team Denmark.

– “My horse jumped really well – the further we went, the better he got. Now he’ll have some regeneration time to perform his best in the show jumping tomorrow” said Polish rider Daria Kobiernik.
The Nations Cup will also determine this year’s Polish Senior Champion in Eventing.

Young Riders Keeping Up the Pace

In the CCIY3*-S category, Weronika Król on Chinuk R took the lead - the rider who won the 2023 Polish Eventing Cup in the Young Riders category continues to show top form and championship ambitions.
In the CCIJ2*-S, Zuzanna Społowicz on Bankier once again proved unbeatable - the pair already holds two gold medals from the Polish Junior Championships in 2023 and 2024.
Germany Dominates in show jumping, Jan Kamiński wins CCI3-S*
During Saturday’s show jumping trials, German riders displayed excellent form - in the CCI3*-S, Ingrid Klimke again triumphed on Equistros Siena Just Do It. However, it was Jan Kamiński who, thanks to a great cross-country round with mare Canvalencia, clinched the overall win in this competition.

Meet the Stars

The “Meet the Stars” session attracted great interest, with Olympic champions Michael Jung and Ingrid Klimke taking part. Fans eagerly asked questions, keen to learn the secrets behind their success.
– “People say if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. I fully agree” said Michael Jung, summarizing his career.
