It is with great sadness that we announce that Tarastro, ridden by Regis Prud Hon and owned by Earl Horse Eventing, suffered fatal injuries while competing in the international CCI4*-S at Strzegom, Poland, on June 21, 2025.

Tarastro, an 18-year-old gelding, suffered a fall at fence 24b. 

A post-mortem examination will be carried out in due course.
